I have a 2010 Tacoma Sport TRD and this my second Tacoma. My first one was a 1999 SR5 Tacoma and I would not own anything else but a Tacoma.

I am having a problem with my hvac fan is working but very little air is coming out the vents. I changed my cabin air filter and it was extremely dirty and clogged up with leaves and pine straw. Has anyone have any experience with this happening to their truck? Thanks in advance

I have already and everything is fine with the fan. My fan is working on all speeds. It does not matter what settings (floor, dash or defrost) minimal air comes out of the vents.

If the fan runs properly on all speeds, something is blocking airflow. Since you've addressed the filter, that leaves the output side, ie the ductwork.

Go back where the filter was along with dropping the blower again and see if you can spot anything clogging the output side where the blower goes.

If not, is the problem in all selector positions? Or only on the AC selection? Could be a stuck damper if it is.
