2017 Sr5 double cab LED turn signal issues!!!!

i'm here to summon the wise men and mystics from Tacoma world. i have thoroughly screwed the proverbial pooch and went with JDM astar led turn signals. i first did the front turn signals, had hyper flash, and put in the front resistors. everything was working good until i added the read led turn bulb. i did test and had hyper flash again before adding the rear resistors, I figured i needed resistors in the rear too. today i noticed that when i give the truck gas while driving or idling and have the turn signal on, they suddenly stop flashing and then stop working. if i turn off all the headlights and the turn them on they "reset" and work again but then do the same thing over again when it gets gas. could it be that i don't need 4 resistors and just the rear? perhaps its getting too much resistance? headlights/fog lights/and high beams are all lasfit h11 leds. so here i am frenz, i need your help!!! if any Sacramento taco-bros are available to help, i live near the arden area. here is a link to a video i made of my issue, it was for my friend brian but he couldnt help lol. i hope it helps.
