I think I have decided to go with a '22 Tacoma TRD PRO in Magnetic Gray Metallic or whatever the 2022 TRD color option is. I figure I should at least wait for the '22 model year and see what they add to it because if I order a '21 right now it may not be in until the 22's are available and plus I am waiting for a few more things to fall into place before pulling the trigger.

I was originally in the market for a Ford Raptor and was going to wait until the new one came out but after considering everything I think it would just be too much truck for me and plus the price tag was just too high and I just can't wrap my head around spending that much for a truck which will be basically our 2nd vehicle so it won't get as much use. I also like the fact that I will be able to park it in my garage and the smaller size will still do 99% of what I need a truck for. I don't currently have a truck but I really need one as I don't like having to borrow the neighbors truck every time I need the use of it. I will basically be driving it to work and back and for errands around town. I also want a 4x4 so I can take the family to the beach in the Summer as it's nice to be able to drive right out to the beach and set up and have fun. I also plan on taking it off road once the newness where's off too.

I have always liked the Tacoma and the more I started to research and learn about it the more I have liked it. I really like the fact that there is so much aftermarket products for it so I can mod it out to my liking and make it my own. Right now my first mods will be new tires and a bed cover.

It seemed like every time I was researching something at first TacomaWorld would always show up in the results and I found myself here more and more so I decided to sign up so I could ask questions and educate myself before I purchase one. I already have a long list of mods I will eventually want to do in my head and I guess this is the place to feed those thoughts :)

I look forward to learning and eventually contributing to where I can here.

I might be, but not really needing a full size truck but they do look to be pretty nice.

Just mentioned because you mentioned the raptor.

I was going to trade in my SR5 for a 2021 Off road but decided to see what Toyota will unveil.

Current gen Tundra and Tacoma aren't too far apart price wise so hoping it stays the same
