    3x1.5 14ga tube, 20” tall.
slightly too sort to slide a ladder or kayak all the way across, too tall for my tent. Then I was going to weld into a full rack but then it sorta defeated my entire purpose of a fast removable rack to carry stuff.

so im going to make a new one- short one for the tent, and a tall bastard for ladders and kayaks. (or figure out how to make adjustable height
it would be good for someone to finish it, all the hard work is done.

How hard would you say it was to do this? I can weld 14 gauge and want a rack.

it wasnt hard, doing the math and pie cutting it so i could fold it around while still being square was what took time.

What equipment did you use to the cuts and angles? I got a dewalt abrasive chop saw but I dont think it can do precision cuts. Also, did you use angle iron for the mount brackets? Really like that design.

basically you notch the backside, fold, and weld up.
