    This and that...
It does work in the spring and summer here. Bugs are plentiful in the mountains too.

I bubba'd in an AC plug port in my grille under where the emblem clips in, so I have a more aesthetic way of having my block heater and trickle charger plugged in at the same time. Emblem is currently just glued on to the port plug cover so we'll have to see how well it holds up.

oof have fun pulling your dash apart to swap those. So much disassembly just to get to the 12v sockets.

I've popped out the sockets in my truck before (to get to the wiring behind them). Are they not supposed to pop out?
It took some effort, but I did not have to take anything else apart

Some have had luck, others not so much. I ripped those flimsy things out and threw them away.

    Just a grocery getter
So I was rear ended about a month ago and the cover on my trailer plug broke. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper replacement because the guys insurance is only giving me $230 which doesnt really cover the cost of an OEM replacement. I also have a bankrupt armor (pelfreybilt) rear high clearance so Im hoping to find one where the bolt holes line up.
