    Hey All,
I like the look of the first gen head unit and was hoping to add the https://www.crutchfield.com/p_581BT45TOY/USA-Spec-BT45-TOY.html bluetooth adapter to the unit, as well as a micro amp for some new door speakers. The idea is to do a nice upgrade but without altering the look of the truck.

So my question is, is there room for the amp and blue tooth module to be hidden in there?

Anyone with experience using the blue tooth modules input would be appreciated as well!

    Thanks in advance :hattip:

Yeah there's some room. I made a thread where I squeezed a kicker key in there, and I'm sure a Bluetooth adapter would fit too.

If you haven’t already done the project, I just did it using a different Bluetooth system from Amazon. It turned out great! Retains oem stereo function and track forward/backward controls. Tons of room.
