How is a stuck window a safety issue, they can really fail somebody on that?

I guess if its stuck down in the middle of a storm or something, I'd just tell the cop I'm letting nature clean the inside of my car.

 

My window really gets on the struggle bus to go up when it’s cools, specially first thing in the morning.
