    What kind of coffee?
It's too early. You're joking right?
I used to have a science teacher in middle school who would stash his stained coffee mugs in the front podium of the class. Man it stunk in there.

Yes our months are same as yours. Glare from the light cut off the last couple days on the calender.

Coffee is Canadian. These are the two blends i have been into lately.

Ummm... Okay, that cup is a little concerning. You need to send this pic to your wife and let us know what her response is :boink:

Never heard of the coffee before but I do live near a tiny town called a Kicking Horse.
That's really nice of you to do that.

Is there a kicking horse in Montana as well? There is a ski resort town in British Columbia called Kicking Horse. The coffee is brewed a little ways from there.

    https://www.kickinghorsecoffee.com/en/where-to-buy

they have some spots in Kalispell you can buy it

I'll have to put it on our grocery list next time we're up there. I don't usually do my grocery shopping out of "town" but I can't find my soda locally so I know I've got to go sometime we're up there next.

well good morning my screwball friends and neighbors. I've been on a book reading binge, so I haven't been online for a while. I re- read the Mr. Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King. Really enjoyed the first two books, but the third was just a bit to weird, even for Mr. King.
The last book I just finished has been described as a literary classic "The Catcher in the Rye". Now whomever designated this book as a classic is an absolute idiot in my personal unbiased opinion. What a freaking boring book. Whiny ass 16 year old kid, who couldn't find his place in the world, boo hoo hoo. I picked this book up and several others when I was till employed with the local School System. At the end of each school year, I'd hit the libraries any time I'd be at a high school and buy books cheap $.25 or maybe $.50 apiece. These were books they were disposing of, and would have them for sale on a cart. Picked up this book, Moby Dick, The Deer Slayer, and a few others. I remember Catcher in the Rye being on a reading book list in high school. If I'd read it back then, I'd have had the same conclusion. Stupid F@&#&ing book.
How many of you remember reading it, and what was your opinion of it. I'll check back later for comments.

I always hated forced reading of books and remember few but I remember enjoying the Indian in the Cupboard series and Of Mice and Men and probably not much beyond that. I only passed my English classes by study cramming in the night before or morning of...that probably applied to most of my classes:anonymous:

I actually didn't get into reading until I was 15 or 16 and started out with Agatha Christie books. I can easily breeze through a book in a day or a weekend if it's something I'm really interested in.

I remember we had to read "The Catcher in the Rye" in HS but do not remember a thing about it. Either I was smoking to much weed at the time or it was simply too boring to remember. Either way, unmemorable... :D

I only remember one mandatory book we had to read. To Kill a Mocking Bird. We also had to read a bunch of Shakespear (Garbage). I really can remember anything other than those two. similar to @sdsurfer I believe there may have been some chemicals altering my memory around those times.

Well that's one way to avoid a wide load. I wonder how tall he is with those.

I am imagining one of those semi truck disaster videos where they ram into a bridge forgetting they're hauling a tall load.
