Been searching and searching with no good leads so finally posting here in hopes of some help.

Regeared to 5.29’s awhile back and in my genius i broke the coil connector for the e-locker. I thought i was able to patch it up with some silicone but the locker hasn't shown to be engaging on the dash. I’ve gone through the motions of turning wheels/driving slow etc to engage it but nada. Everything is connected as it should be and it’s the only place i can think of to start with. Wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction to finding a replacement connector instead of buying the entire e-locker unit for a simple little connector. Attached a picture for reference, thanks in advance!

There is a 98% chance that the issue is NOT the coil connector.

If that connection is bad, the ECU will not see the correct coil resistance, and produce its own failures.

Chances are VERY good that the issue is with the lock feedback switch based on previous results. This is not uncommon during regear.

There are a few threads about this.

I would investigate that before I assumed that connector was bad.
Techstream is useful to check what the ECU is seeing there.
You can also check the coil resistance at one of the other connectors, and verify it is good.

FWIW, the coil w/ connector is available as a separate part. 41451-0K010. Very expensive in the USA.

I was thinking the same as far as the ecu goes but thought maybe it might not register. I know the feedback switch is in the correct spot after having to pull everything apart to get it seated properly but what you said makes much more sense so i’ll be checking there first. Appreciate the input!

Per my memory (and it has been years), disconnecting the lock coil caused a code throw instantly on startup.

A quick check may be to disconnect the lock coil, because I bet that will create a new code instantly (that was not there before).

But generally, my first recommendation (if techstream isnt available), is to jack up the rear and be sure the rear diff is locked or not. Are you getting flashing locker symbol?

Ditto. This is what you should do first. Do actual troubleshooting and identify the problem before slinging parts.

Appreciate the help, probably should've confirmed it before assuming it’s the connector i busted up in there. The light stays flashing and doesn’t go to solid. Will have to mess with it when i get home from work to confirm it isn’t the connector as i should have and go from there.

You could also ohm out the pins on that connector. If it has continuity and measures about 3Ω then it's fine. Wiggle it to be sure it's not intermittent.
