I have experienced exactly what the first response was on many vehicles from small SUV's to 1 ton trucks with KO2's with varying amounts wear ranging from new to almost bald. I have never been impressed with the KO2 in the wet or snow, especially considering the price. When they are new, they are decent. But after 10k-15k miles they are junk. When it gets below 20F they become hard as a rock and grip is heavily compromised when comparing them to many other AT tires. I'm glad you went for the Yokohama's, they are a very good tire all around and tend to wear very well.

I personally never had those issues, ran three sets (maybe four?) and they performed very well. My last set right before replacement were bad in the rain however they were nearly bald. I was laid off from my job so didn’t feel the need to replace them. However we know have to re-plumb our entire house so I needed to make sure my truck was ready to haul a trailer with a mini excavator on it.

Just my two cents but I'll be going with the Falken Wildpeak AT3W next time. It's my opinion that you want a tire that has full depth siping. If you look at a lot of these, the siping is only on the face of the tire which is why so many say the traction drops off after about 10,000 miles.
Again, just my two cents. I've been running Michelin Defenders for years and they are fantastic, I just want something a little more aggressive the next time around.

The Mickey Thompson Baja ATV 265/75r16. It's Cooper, but it's their very best tire. Better looking and better wearing than the others. Pricey but a very good hybrid between a full mud terrain and all terrain.

The Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ were the best tires I've ever had. They just dug through anything.
