    Do large corporations, in this case, report "rework"?
    I mean the company is obviously losing money having to do rework. So is it reported to coorporate?

    Our plants have a first time prime criteria. If your company is running SAP, management knows what lots or products don’t meet specifications.

    Every major company I have worked for tracks rework. Cost of it.
    And costs of eliminating it.

    Down to the individual.
