Did the Chef Morimoto deep fried ribs again. Recipe online. This time I gave them 4 minutes instead of 3 to make them a little crisper. We had a rib-off at the pub but it ended in a 5 way tie.

Been staring at a butternut squash for a week.

decided to use sine homemade chicken stock and make Butternut Squash soup with the requisite grilled cheese sando riding shotgun.

    Perfectly cooked eggs, Kudos!

Is that hollandaise sauce or the yolks?
I recently learned a new technique that’s half fried-half poached. Start with butter in a nonstick frying pan, when melted add an egg. When the whites start to set add about 2-3 Tsp of water and cover with a lid. Cook until the yolk is done to your liking.

Hollandaise but it was not by recipe but feel. I had left over yolks and winged the rest.
Your technique is along like sunny side, cook on low until the white sets and done.

First time, cedar plank salmon. I don’t do salmon. Did it for the wife. It was good for salmon....:bananadead: Still don’t like salmon.

I never get tired of seeing a good batch of biscuits come out of the oven. Also didnt have breakfast sausage so I took the casing off some smoked sausage and melted some bacon grease and made it work for the gravy.

Anyone have a hot Italian sausage recipe? Bratwurst? I'm open to ideas.

We are making our family recipe Polish kielbasa on Saturday and I'm getting extra meat to try hot Italian sausage and maybe something else. Been wanting to try this for a while.

I posted this in the food smokers thread and I got a good recipe for hot sausage that I'm going to try. Just wanted to see what ya'll say here.
