Hey guys ill be adding the full Old man emu kit this next week with the ARB control arms. I'm replacing the Rear Shocks, Front Shocks, UAC, & leaf springs going with the heavy duty version. my question here is do you think a 2.5 inch lift will affect the drive train or should I also look into a drive train spacer? Also, if anyone has any advice on what I should keep an eye out for on this it would be most helpful. This is my first time doing any sort of lift. Going to do it myself with a friend that has a bit more knowledge to save the 1,000 bucks the shop was wanting. Figured it would be a good idea to post on here.

    Thanks.

I have a 2009 doublecab longed and thinking of just doing the rear OME medium. I have the Billsteins in the front giving an inch or so. I hate the SQUAT look. I'm looking to see what answers people have. Good luck!

I've really battled with choosing the OME medium, but seem to have settled on the heavy. Truck is a 2010 short bed,

The whole idea is to heave the weight of the Brute Force Fab rear swing out plus a full size spare tire W/ 2 jerrycans & propane mount on rear. The weight is going to be in the ball park of 320Lbs loaded up just on the rear. "this is a consent load"

Then adding the Bull Bar A.R.E Front Bumper @ around 175LBS
Keeping the same tires all around I believe there the 32 KO2's great tires

Estimated added weight will be around 495LBS

also have a truck cap on the rear bed of the truck with a full built out slide out extension built out of wood with no idea the wight + Yakima MegaWarrior cargo roof rack.

shes growing up one piece at a time.

I was really worrying about rear sag too. There is a lot of info out there but, it really depends on your application from what I can tell. if you don't plan to always have the weight installed then it just makes it a much stiffer ride and lowers handling.

    Good luck to you too!!
