How are you keeping the fender flares so dark?

 

not likely. But at some point it'll become loose enough that it will break the rod end. Then it would disconnect from the LCA and then it would be a mess.

 

if you have faded flares you can try the heat gun method to bring oils back to the surface

 

came back after a month away at work. think shes staying there for another couple months...

 

Photo dump cause I was actually productive today. Adopted a dog so built a little platform in the back of the access cab, kinda wish these had an access door to open like on the 2nd/3rd gens. Installed my new skid plate from RCI Off Road through the group buy (crazy heavy, but nice skid plate!!). Finally upgraded my wiring for my headlights like suggested on the ultimate headlight upgrade thread, massive improvement when combined with the Hella E-code housings and nice Philips bulbs. Highly recommend this mod!
