    I figured lol no problem. I thought it was kinda funny because I see a bunch of ungrateful people complaining about waiting, but my whole experience has been amazing, maybe lucky, but I was setup within 30 minutes of purchasing the software and flashing my truck.

    I’ve got an error. I was trying to install a new tune, I got majority of the way through and got an error. I thought no biggie I’ll turn off the truck and try again but now I’m getting this error. And truck will not start. I’ve restarted the computer, made sure I had the right drivers installed but I’m still getting the same error.

    Disconnect the battery, connect the two cables together for 10 minutes. Reconnect, try to flash a stock tune.

    It's acting like my computer isnt connected to the OBD port even though im getting a voltage reading of 12+ and then getting hit with the error.

    That was my first thought as well. Ive updated the drivers and still got nothing.

    Ended up clearing the DTC using the old flash manager and flashing using flash manager. Truck is purring like a kitten again. I’m kinda thinking I got a corrupted file and that caused the original tune to fail.
