Enjoyed Ganaraska last year. What would you say is the next level up in our region...if Ardbeg is the black diamond?
More open hills less tree scratches...if that's possible.
Drive around and hit the hotel at the end..not the back of my truck.

Next level is Caledon area, after that, hogsback in the summer with minor scratches .
I hear gotherham has one easy trail. Algonquin area is very easy too.

I would say VMUTS is the next level. It is a few hours drive though

It has those hotels and stuff at the ends of the trails

So the Caledon area looks interesting to start, google puts it less than an hour, Ganaraska is just over that. Parks like forks of the credit are listed, do you recommend another in that area.

I have tried for 15 minutes to figure out how to attach an Amazon link… I’m such an old shit :help:

anyways I have a screenshot and was wondering if this would be a decent recovery point for my ass end on my taco?

I do have a class 3 hitch with a 2 inch receiver. I like how it will be light weight and I already have 3/4 inch shackles.

    Thanks for the links.

I dont really want to delete my temperature gauge thing or sunglasses holder in the overhead console.

Im going to keep trying to replicate this, but with larger switches. If I cant get it going I will make a bracket for the cubby under the radio.

i run the smittybilt one and i tear into rocks with it since it sticks out.
I can't imagine an aluminum one surviving for long.

On board air compressor came in.....

    air-comp-truck_b4871ae32a7516f8bd30c45862bcc965981582f7.jpg

Now to start collecting all the brkt's lines fittings and wiring for wiring in this puppy....

Looks like the Slee Off Road Brkt will put it at the rear of the engine compartment on the passenger side.... so just ordered that... ouch expensive for what it is but will save me 3-4 hours of screwing around making my own brkt....

    https://sleeoffroad.com/products/sok0038/

I figure instead of running the ARB manifold kit on it I will hard line in to a different spot with a regulator and quick connect at front and centre near the hood latch....

(don't want to scratch the truck with a muddy air line....)

Might also run the air intakes into a better filter and air dryer system...

I'm also thinking about installing some air tanks ... with an air horn(s)... (giggle)

Also deciding if I want to put an air port at each wheel well then have some short hoses that connect to each tire so I could then have a regulator to air down all tires at once or fill them all at once... Would be a PITA running the air lines along the frame but we'll see how much initiative I have this spring....
