2021 led question

I know this has been talked about a lot. There is too much info to cipher through. I have a 2021 sr5 without led headlights. I was told by a dealership I could get the headlights and harness from them. But the is one part I couldn’t get from them. It does something with the voltage and I would have to get an after market piece. Does any know what that part is called and where I could get it?

 

@Puppypunter has a SR5 LED harness that appears to work. He only made a prototype so far, I’d reach out to him to see if he’d be willing to make more. So far he’s the only one with a SR5 harness.
