Cooper Tire recall for sidewall blowouts

I'm just curious for those who have Cooper branded, or Cooper made but sold under other brands, tires... have you heard anything on a supposed recall for sidewalls blowing out? I have seen a couple articles in the last week on the internet, something like 400 - 500K tires may be part of the recall. Supposed to affect all Cooper branded tires, as well as many tires that are made by Cooper, but sold under other brands, which include the Big O Bigfoot A/T that I have on my Tacoma. I haven't received any formal announcement about it from either Cooper or Big O. Supposedly, March 23rd is the first day you can take your vehicle in to get replacement tires.

Was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this recall?
