OEM Bed Mat, OEM Bed Lights, V6 and 4x4 Overlays, OEM Black Exhaust Tip, Dog Platform, Glove Box Letters, Tufskinz Mud Flaps and Foam Inserts,
Accumulated everything I need to install fog lights on my "pre-wired" but "fogless" 2021 SR DCSB except bezels.

I've seen a few different part numbers and want to try and get the right ones the first time.

On the main install thread here on TW it had 52127-04020 (right) and 52128-04020 (left). I have also seen PT353-35160-AA (right) and PT353-35160-AB (left).

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Those are two different style of bezels and both will fit. The SR5 uses the "52127-04020(right) and 52128-04020 (left)". 2016 - 2019 TRD models used the "PT353-35160-AA (right) and PT353-35160-AB (left)" until 2020.

All 2020+ models (excluding the sr, limited and pro), use the "PT353-35160-AA (right) and PT353-35160-AB (left)"

    Both will fit either way

I've got a 2019 SR. It isn't prewired for fogs, is it?

    If it's a 3.5l 4x4 it likely is.

2.7L 4x4 access cab utility... Probably not. It did come with a CD player, though, so there's that ;)

Its probably easier to wire them to a switch.

    What you'll need:

    Fog lights
Fog light bezels (52127-04020 (right) and 52128-04020 (left))
    Wire Harness (with relay)
OEM style switch (heres a link to a part that can replace the blank switch under the "coin holder")

    that should work

So I got the info for fogs from Nitori's thread . I am pre-wired (per the wires in the steering column) and got the following:

Fog Light Relay - From Toyota - 9008087026
Fog Light Harness -From Toyota - 8211404010
Fog Lights - from a TW member
    Switch - from ebay

So I have everything but the Bezel's. And now getting different answers :)

Whats the difference (besides about $18 each) between these bezels:
(52127-04020 (right) and 52128-04020 (left) AND

    PT353-35160-AA (right) and PT353-35160-AB (left)

Which ones did you go with? The part number with AA and AB are a lot cheaper than the others
