What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

I don’t know about you guys but I’m seeing more and more 600 and 800 round cases available

 

Haven't seen any bulk 5.56 available locally not that I look too hard my LGS just got some S&B 55gr in but was limited to 2 boxes per day for members. Went today and they're down to 1. Was able to get 100rds hopefully 1-2 more boxes cause I'm going to go through some breaking in the new lpvo.

Also got some 6.5 creedmoor and 357.
357 is for a buddy.

 

Picking up a Garand plus a few hundred rounds of ammo in a month or so from a friend. Super pumped to have it cause I’ve already got the M1 carbine (happens to be a ‘42 GM infield). I think I’m gonna make a shadow box to display them in

 

Trying to find anything these days be it firearms to purchase, or consumables is all but impossible, or way overpriced. My "range time" is on temporary hold till things get better out there in the marketplace.

 

Those Winchester 5.56 Range Packs of 150 or 200 green tips... what are you guys seeing them sell for these days?

 

$0.50/round the last few times I saw them.

 

I've been seeing m855 going for ~75 cents per round. Anything under 60 cents per round gets scooped up pretty quick around here

 

Stopped by a Nashville area gun shop today they had a pallet of 5.56 ammo 800 rd cases

 

Father in law called me tonight and said he was at a trade days sale where they were selling ammo. Said they had broken the boxes open and selling per round. $4.50 per round of 30-30 and $3.50 per round of 9mm

I had a very visceral reaction to that and I hope someone finds some way to turn them in for price gouging.

I hate people.. ones selling at those prices and more so, the people keeping them in business.

It’s unfortunate cause I’m in the human services industry and my hatred for people runs strong
