Driver Side Lower Ball Joint leaking?

2017 QS DCLB TRD Sport

I was doing an inspection of my truck, and I noticed that the lower ball joint is leaking some grease. The passenger side is bone dry with no visible issue.

Is this level of leakage a cause for concern?

My truck only have 24,500 miles on it.
No offroading, but maybe some bumpy roads here and there.
