So i have had this trailer for almost a year but due to space and weather in NY i can only work on it when it decent out and i have time. So this is what we got, 2016 hallmark passport 4x6 v nose aluminum trailer.
guess ill do a brief of what is done so far and future plans then photo bomb the shit out of ya and then update the thread as i go from there haha ENJOY!

so first thing i did was tear down the luon walls to get ready for insulation and new walls. once they got off i realized the wiring was an utter joke so i decided to rerun all new wiring through the beams instead of in front of them. drilled holes at the top as close as possible then lined them with rubber grommets to protect against rubbing through and grounding out. once it was rewired i ran power to where my battery was going to be and toward the back to a master switch, toward roof for fan, then from roof inside for solar and to both sides at the top for exterior side lights.

once the layout was "eh" i used great stuff for insulation inside around the bottom then 1" hard foam insulation between the metal uprights. cut a giant hole in the roof (like ya do) and put in the maxair fan, put up exterior lights and wired them in as well. put up new walls and ceiling, for the front instead of creating a flat section in the v-nose i wet the wood and bent it over ac curve so i utilize as much space as possible.

then ripped the axle out from underneath, blasted and repainted frame, cut off axle perches, welded new perches on the top to raise it up in line with the truck. shit since the welder was out i build a roof rack to house the solar and a nice little deck you can barely lay on (wife wanted a lookout)
so with the new walls up and wires run to master switch panel and battery area hanging out was time to create the front storage for the electrical and another large storage bin for misc shit. after that made a small curved shelf above in the front section.
THEN. wouldn't ya know a leak in the roof. so out came ceiling in comes more silicone around window and over the screws. then i drilled a small hole in each ceiling truss and filled then with expanding foam. and new panel in. ran my LED interior light strip and wired it to the master switch panel. party lights of course.
i started then on working on the slide out kitchen 35x19x19. so little under 3ft will pull out the back on 500lb slides to house cooktop and kitchen things along with food, in front of that ill put toilet and a small drawer. from the wall to the kitchen there is a small spot. being such a small space i have to use every inch of it, so it will be a top access storage for narrower things.
    created the slide out pooper and drawer as well as hinged storage and flip over bed platform with a piano hinge.60657651648--B2B39F1F-0646-43D1-BF6F-4A3D9E5F6E8F.jpgIMG-3907.jpgIMG-3911.jpgIMG-3912.jpgIMG-3936.jpgIMG-3943.jpgIMG-3975.jpgIMG-3976.jpgIMG-4059.jpgIMG-4183.jpgIMG-4184.jpgIMG-4205.jpgIMG-4384.jpgIMG-4385.jpgIMG-4386.jpgIMG-4387.jpgIMG-4388.jpgIMG-4389.jpgIMG-4390.jpgIMG-4391.jpgIMG-4392.jpgIMG-4393.jpgIMG-4394.jpgIMG-4395.jpgIMG-4397.jpg60657651648--B2B39F1F-0646-43D1-BF6F-4A3D9E5F6E8F.jpg IMG-3907.jpg IMG-3911.jpg IMG-3912.jpgIMG-3936.jpg IMG-3943.jpgIMG-3975.jpg IMG-3976.jpg IMG-4059.jpg IMG-4183.jpg IMG-4184.jpg IMG-4205.jpg IMG-4384.jpg IMG-4385.jpg IMG-4386.jpg IMG-4387.jpg IMG-4388.jpg IMG-4389.jpg IMG-4390.jpg IMG-4391.jpg IMG-4392.jpg IMG-4393.jpg IMG-4394.jpg IMG-4395.jpg IMG-4397.jpg
so if your still with me, still have to build the actually kitchen slide out, primer is on the walls and all exposed wood on the inside walls for lowers cabinets has 2 coats of poly, the wood with be poly a semi gloss and walls will be painted whatever color she wants. have a 30x18 escape window with screen to go into one sidewall. going to be making 3 cushions with covers. one half circle for the front area above the bins, one half for left and one hard for right side. when not sleeping it will be an "L" shaped couch unit led tined then you flip over the board and lay out cushions and the whole trailer becomes the bed. then finishing touches and fine adjustments etc.
jeez well ill update as more things pop into my mind or i actually get time to work on it. questions? TO BAD!!! no but any lemme know thought id share
