Hmm, that might be a no go for people. Keep it as is for now, its good.
Absolute worst case scenario, make it full height, but make the sections shorter so it can fully open.

It does not work like that. It will remain the way that it is if you want a full height then the consequences are it will not open.

This may have already been answered previously. I looked on your website to see if you had the steel mounting bracket feet for the alpha and the adapted grooveTEK as an option for upgrading and I didn't see it. How would one go about ordering those items?

@upTOPoverland what is the difference between the new Diamondback Truss Bedrack and the regular Truss Bedrack in that it is mentioned in the disclaimer that the truss bedrack is not included? eg, if I wanted the Diamondback Truss would I need to get the Diamondback Cover, Diamondback Truss, and the Truss Bedrack?

This is the part that is throwing me:

    NOT INCLUDED
    - DIAMONDBACK BED COVER, UPTOP EX OVERLAND RACK, LIGHTING, AS WELL AS ANYTHING NOT LISTED ABOVE.

Or... Does all this together make a complete bedrack?

    INCLUDED
    • (8) Legs
    • (4) Side Armor Plates
    • (2) Maxtrax Mounts
    • (4) Load Bars
    • (1) All required fasteners, washers, lock nuts, and spacers are included in the kit.

Does anybody know how to remove the OEM think black windshield trim on the driver and passenger side without damaging or breaking the windshield?

From what I have seen people tend to use thin zip ties and drill very carefully into them to run the wires alongside them and down to the grommets.

Of course, I say that and then the first Google video I look up for reference shows Rob Daman showing me the right way... With an upTop rack for bonus points.

Judging from this picture, it looks like that molding sits over the edge of the glass. Might not be able to remove it without taking the glass out.

Anyone have a picture of bravo bed cap rack only on the truck? I have a leer bed cap planing on purchase a bravo rack for it not planing on the front roof rack. Also can a fairing be add on to the bed cap rack would it help with noise and aerodynamic?

I don't have a picture of just the eX but here is one on a cap.

There is no fairing option for just the eX.

Anyone have pics of how you mount your Chop and Dig brackets?

I could flip these things around several ways, but wasnt sure if there was "proper way" to put them on??
