Tacoma boating ruined my starter

    When I had my "back to the future" TOYOTA manual truck model, I use to put it in neutral and back down the driveway, put it in reverse and release the clutch to get my early morning chuckle

    TrdPro grille, blackout badges. Pretty much stock.
    I dont think those bolt ons were the cause. Looks stock height, maybe 275/70/17s. It's trying to use it like a submarine, lol. Truck looks clean though(not dirty) :thumbsup:

    Safer from water, but still picks up dust and dirt. Is what killed my 1GR's alternator.

    It also goes to show how TOYOTA and its engineers are thinking of their customer base. The OR version is also available in a manual because someone was obviously thinking about redundancy way out there where no man dares to go. How cool is that!

    They dont (or at least didn't) sell the OR long bed in the 6 speed or I would have gotten it.

    Used to be 1.5" all around, then too much high speed off road with weight bring you back to stock... Also 285's.
