So I am in the process of fabricating a new front bumper so have part of it bolted up but it doesnt have any "wings" under the headlights. I went through a drive through car wash and the passenger side must've gotten slapped off without me noticing. I cant for the life of me figure out the part number or name of this little body panel directly under the headlights. I have tried googling all the numbers on the back of the panel and nothing. Anyone know what this is called or how I could find it?

Have no idea how you found that you wizard but I have a 2012 so I believe that part will be slightly different. Can you perform your magic once more for 12-15?

Haha, no worries, glad to help! I'm engineer for good ole Toyota R&D so I have access to systems that I can find these types of things pretty quickly. Glad you got your parts!

If I were to call or go to a Toyota dealership, would this part be available color matched? Or would they only sell primed versions?

My guess since there is one P/N for each side, you probably have to specify the color. But let me check the DWG.

EDIT: @Thgr8alex DWG doesn't exist on my side. I forgot this truck was originally designed by JPN side. However, I would just confirm with dealer. Sorry I couldn't help you with this part!

Usually you can type in your vin to ensure match or get the paint code from your driver door jamb and phone in the order to make sure all goes smoothly.
