Thanks for that, you've just ensured some more business for MattGecko. And convinced me on the front bumper guard.

Are the LED strips themselves black or white? Have been chewing on a system like this but most seem to have white strips and it seems like that'd stick out on the black bedliner.

Glad I could help. The bed lights come in handy especially if you have a bed cover. If you have any other questions let me know.

I will have to get you a pic of them turned off. They aren't really white, they are more clear-ish and you can see the diode. If you have the bed rail system just stick them underneath and you don't realize they are there.

I finally stopped waiting for my shoulder to heal and had my Alldogs Offroad Coop BROverland leafs installed. The ride is night and day with the pack in over a block with the tent. I took it down a normal trail and you can feel the suspension working compared to the block. Def recommend checking them out. Lift is Westcott Designs pro lift up front.

Installed the TRD PRO grill with Raptor lights, still on the fence about light placement, I think they are a little too close together.
Finally deleted the front license plate bracket and replaced the chin piece thanks to a fellow TW member!

After waiting 3 months for it to get here, I finally picked it up Saturday. I've only driven it 41 miles (the distance from the dealership to my house), and I'm sure I'm gonna love it. Fresh off the truck (2).jpg Fresh off the truck (5).jpg Fresh off the truck (6).jpg

The truck looks so much higher without any steps. I need to remove mine and see how much my girls complain.

So far, 2 kids' booster seats and 1 infant seat all on the rear seat. Right now, running stock. Planning to take my time with the modding to see what I really need.
I'll be honest --- I didn't like the color when I first got the truck, but it was too good if a deal to pass up. Over a month later, it has really grown on me and I love it now. It's all stock and I plan to keep it that way as it suits my and my family's needs. I'm super impressed with what it can do as is.

I have been driving it up to the mountains every weekend to go skiing with my kids. Back in mid-February, we had record snowfalls. The stock truck did awesome in the snow and did not disappoint.

Some of the snow has melted out, so the kids and I explored a forest service road/trail I'm familiar with on our way home from skiing last weekend (which turned out to be a 2 hour detour and annoyed the hell out of my wife who was at home with our 1 year old :confused::crazy:)

Anyways, we were again amazed by how the stock Taco performed. We nevered bottomed out, but we were close. I didn't try the Crawl feature as I need to read up on it more. It reminded me a little of my 1971 FJ55, except with power steering
