3wks ago i had the check engine light and trac off light on. the scanning test indicated 1 code only Evap leak so i had gas cap replaced from Toyota dealer did a smoke test and smoke was still coming out but not as much as with old cap therefor mechanic was manipulating valve in or by canister (i wasn't down there to see) and he said valve was not closing when indicated to do so therefor replaced charcoal canister (new from Toyota) and after thinking everything is good lights came back and scanner had 5 codes 5 ugh. P043F, P043F, P2401, P2402, P2419.
mechanic switched out canister for old thinking it might be defective that did not work same codes popped up. put in new one again cleaned the area and double checked wires and same codes came back. so now I dont know what to do he doesn't know where to look for problem now hes never encountered this issue but then again his a Chevy expert (dont know if that makes a difference or not ) after doing research online and typing in 2419 on google i think that is the issue the computer is not sending the signal for valve to open and close. I do not know. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. Thank you!

You've got three codes that indicate a problem with the leak detection pump ("smog pump"), P0403F and P2401 P2402. I would stat by trouble-shooting that. Any mechanic with a decent scan tool should be able to check the pump by commanding it off and on. If it does work, back to the drawing, board. If it doesn't, start by verifying power and ground; those codes could easily be the result of a bad ground or pinched conductor in a harness somewhere... Not sure if this has a control or not; it may. Assuming you're missing one of the two, work backwards from the pump to the ECU, disconnecting at each harness and verifying continuity/ground/power. If all that checks out, it could actually be an ECU problem.

Sounds like the small filter in the secondary air pollution pump I think it’s called. Known problem with 2nd gens, can do a search on here about it.

Wouldn't that pull a different code than what the OP is getting?

There is a filter that comes off the canister that can cause this issue as well if it is restricting air flow too much. Something else that can be done is to blow out the lines that connect to the canister as well to ensure there isn't a bunch of crud in them.

Also something to note for future reference is when filling your tank, do not keep clicking the gas pump. All it does is fill the canister with gas and quickly ruins the canister.

None of those codes listed have anything to do with the SAIS (Secondary Air Injection System, the loud air pump under the hood on the passenger side on 2012-2015 tacomas) if that is what you're referring to. If there was a fault with the SAIS system the truck goes into limp mode also.

Did the 2009 Tacoma come with secondary air injection?

In 2009 the only Tacoma's that had the SAIS Pump was the 4 cylinder engine the V6 did not.
