Does this look like it’s going bad? It still operates fine. Does it need replacement ? Thanks.

    Not synthetic.

Syngear is what you are searching for.

    https://www.castrol.com/content/dam...-vehicles/pdfs/castrol-syngear-75w-90-pds.pdf

Castrol Syntrax is synthetic for limited slips (nope, not what we want)

Toyota Genuine Differential Gear OilLT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent is called out in my 2021 Owners manual.

08885 02506 is $40 a quart! I suspect that is full synthetic at that price.

Check your diff vents. If they fail, they blow out seals.
    Toyota T-SB-0047-16 (2009-2015)

    I love Faye Hadley's enthusiasm.
This should be a scheduled maintenance item!! The often overlooked Diff and Transfer Case Vents!

That's a protective jacket over the cable sheath. Until the sheath breaks, you're OK. The actual steel cable runs inside the sheath and is quite thin, around 1/8" dia. (you have to finagle with it when servicing the drum brakes).

The cause of the problem is the E-brake cable being stretched by your lift. To prevent the problem from getting worse, you should open up the clamp by the the front leaf hanger with a screwdriver and slide the cable down a bit to give more slack downstream. You should also replace the zip-tie with a proper bracket. The zip-tie is putting a sharper bend in the cable than normal.

It's fine for the rear axle.

The 3rd gen T-case prefers Toyota LF low-viscosity oil (some $80 for a small can at dealers). Some people report problems shifting into 4x2/4x4 with normal GL4/GL5 gear oil, particularly in cold temperatures. If it works fine in your truck in the Middle East, then leave it. It won't cause any durability issues.
