Changing light bulbs on 2021 toyota 4 runner SR5 Pre.

Any suggestion on how to change light bulbs on 2021 Toyota 4 runner SR5 pre. wanted to change to LED lights for High/Low but they told me I have to purchase the whole box dealer says I can't change just the light bulb I need to replace the whole box and the price for that box is like $100 something. anybody knows if that's true or not, but on eBay, they have LED light bulbs that can be replaced.

 

Need advise?
