    Not much to add here . Everything i can think of has already been suggested for him to try .
    The OP thinks its an issue mind you and I am sure he is familiar with other automatic transmissions and how they operate when cold going into gear .
    Is he feeling axle wrap or a transmission thats low on fluid ?
    Not many members are posting about low fluid anymore but it wouldnt hurt to check

    Mine does it too. Feels sort of like the torque converter engages/disengages when it's cold in reverse.

    Sounds like low fluid issue to me, that's not normal. Somebody on this post said take a test drive with one from the dealers lot.. YUP I AGREE :tumbleweed:
