You can sell the exhaust for 400bucks and buy a stock exhaust for 100 bucks.

Count me as another one that hates the TRD exhaust. Even worse after a tune. Now that the truck is hanging in the proper RPM range (higher), I get even more drone in the cabin. Sounds like a fart can Honda Civic...I want silence

I had to basically twist a guys arm to buy my stock exhaust for 50 bucks and it only had 7k miles on it lol

Drone, the Pro doesn't drone. You need a Ridgeline. I know what drone is and the Pro exhaust is far from it.

I have a stock exhaust that's about new (3000 or so miles if memory serves), but I'm in Va, a LONG WAY from Houston.

There is drone on mine, it’s not loud sound but I just don’t like that tune. Mostly happen in around little over 2000rpm at 60mph, if I drive over 72mph the drone is gone.

Same here. Perhaps drone is the wrong term. Maybe "Honda Civic Type R Vtec Coffee Can" is more accurate. Regardless, in my opinion, there's nothing worse than a 4 or 6 cylinder trying to pretend to be something it isn't...

It could very well be another brand with a TRD tip, if it's sound is unusual.

Subaru 4 banger with exhaust sounds great IMO, so does the VQ engine. I think Taco’s 3.5 sounds good with the right exhaust. I have Borla and it sounds fantastic.

I have a stock exhaust off a 2019 TRD Off Road double cab short bed that you can have if you want to come get it. I’m located in San Antonio

MESO’s sounded awesome when he had it running. Full on custom though.

Yes, I saw those videos. From what I remember there was some smoke blowing out of that dual side exit. Sounded freaking amazing!

How come he took the engine out?

And that’s coming from someone with a flat six in the garage... for my tastes, it competes with the rumble of any V8.

MESO’s really sounded nice. Not obnoxious, just the right amount of burble and flutter.

    Oh...

It was because of the TT setup?

Most likely engine swap? He did hint he was fitting a different tranny on another thread.

Sort of, but he fully excuses OV as not the problem. He was running custom hardware setup and not fully optimized tune.
