What am I missing from the ignition? New owner of 2015 Tacoma

Hey guys,

first time tacoma owner. Just bought a 2015 taco, and i got a crazy good deal for it but it came with some hiccups. one main one i need your guys help on is that its missing all the ignition components. I need to know what im missing and where i can get it cheaper then dealer? she is a beauty though!!

What the heck kinda snorkel did the previous owner install

 

Yea i have no idea. I gotta replace the hood and replace the snorkel

 

Welcome and good luck!! Make sure to check fender to door alignment it’s currently horrible.

 

I thought that was a 'stack?

 

I'm dying to know what you paid for that, if it's not too personal, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's curious.

was vandalized, so it has no cats or ignition.

 

Nice! Considering I'm starting to see people ask $10K for toyota trucks, some of which approaching old AF, I would say that's a deal! Cat's will cost you, but you know that already. At least this way you get to select the grill and bumper you put on there, and can justify the expense as a need. Rock on!

 

oh yea I was planning to swap the grill and bumper already so I consider the job half done already. Cats are gonna cost me $1500

I would see if a local junk yard has a tacoma you can go pull parts from, it will probably save you a lot of money.

 

Yes just bought the whole ignition assembly for $100. Gonna slap it on and pray engine and tranny are good.

 

Looking at your Tacoma .All I see is new cool stuff to put on . Enjoy the build
