    Getting more and more boxes.....

But in real world its very challenging it looks like it going to be 12-14 months before we can have a house built. The demand is astronomical and used homes are going on the market are getting 30 offers the 1st day and selling for $50-$70K over asking price. As with a lot of areas across the country last yr was an influx of people fleeing the major cities NY,L.A.,Chiraq,Portland,Seattle and many of those States for the ones who had the money and could get out, now its the people who have readjusted their lives getting out.

Ordered an optic cut pro barrel from Life Free Armory for my EDC P365, they are limited with in-stock colors so sniper grey it shall be. Going to pick up a Holosun 507c after-work local to top it off.

It is amazing at the amount of people lined up at these new home development's want to buy lots and homes sight unseen. We set up 4 appointments for each of the days we were there (5 days) we covered a lot of ground have it narrowed down to two areas Franklin and Nolensville TN and 3 builders out of 12 now we wait for new lots to be released which will come on line (Mid April to late May early June) when all the land permits are completed. All underground, roads, utilities are in.

This happened in one of the development's we are looking to build...

Somewhat off topic, but if you are still looking in that area, I can recommend Phillips Builders. I bought a townhouse from them about ten years ago when I was moving to the Mt Juliet area and I was impressed with the quality if their work. They had other subdivisions in the greater Nashville area. I was able to walkthrough during framing, plumbing testing, etc. I have no idea if they still build there. If you are interested, I can see if my agent still works with them.

They still build in the are as we did check them out just mainly on the Northside and two or three South in areas we have put on the back burner right now....There is a lot of compromise going on so we can get what we want. 1 story 3000 Sq Ft 3 car garage 2X6 exterior walls built on slab and not crawl space with level lot.

    No clue

I ordered mine in February and haven't had any real movement. I've seen some comments on Instagram that make it seem like they're approx 3 months or so depending on which furniture you get and which barrel you get

I assume you had to pay upfront? I’m glad you’re building a Larue rifle too, I’ll probably lean on you on what I want to do to mine as well. I know I want a 20” build this time to maximize velocity and accuracy. I guess I better get my order in.
