You'll get there. Tons of info here, the search bar at the top is your friend. Just type in what you are looking for and go to town.

So what's the going rate for the OEM lights? Self-install.

What's the consensus on which is best selling?

    OEM
    Morimoto 2.0
    AlphaRex Nova

I just started looking at these. Might get a set after my wheels and lift is complete.

    Welp.....pay $4000 to install $300 headlights?

But for reals. Buy a bunch of masks, beer, and pizza. Invite some local tacomaworld members over. Install the headlights with thier help. You learn some and get your lights installed. Done and done.

Or just get your local custom retrofitter to mod to your own badass specifications. Mine did the mod practically free for me. Dual projector retrofit.
Parts, projectors, everything came less than $580 *(because i bought extra things we didn't end up using)

Oh man, they are real NICE.
I love the light output, color temperature, and select-ability. My work sometimes has me in the middle of no where setting up/configuring 5G mmWave base stations. No AAA would come rescue me. Now I have a great light system along with the flood lamps I carry.
The projectors are crisp and cuts through the dark so sharp. I love the long drives, similar to the one I made out to come by see you and NM with these now. I replaced my fogs with DD SS3 driving lamps, so when not in highbeam, I can have a nice significant throw and ground illumination too if needed.
Since I blacked out the highbeam reflectors, going with a second dedicated HB projector was the only way.
    Your transcooler is great
