Yeah. That’s lame. Dude must be low T, or a total moron, to think he’s gotta try that hard to impress people.

Broke a rear ring and pinion for the 3rd time, then he had some job problems, then he had some family problems. Then his truck popped up in a used car lot. He might get back into it, but it probably won't be for a long time.

    Feels weird "liking" that comment.

That's a real bummer. I like his content. Reminds me of why I used to like YouTube... before it was ad driven content, full of fluff, and everyone using these bullshit voices and cadences... be sure to like and subscribe! I appreciated his monotone, no thrills, this is what I'm doing content.

    Hopefully he returns some day.

I’m gonna have to check his stuff out. Sounds exactly like how I keep my channel. I of course live in the midwest so don’t get the sweet spots to wheel but we work with what we got. I don’t try and suck anyone in, it’s real stuff no fluff lol. Not many out there like that. Too much fake stuff to please the masses.

Pretty sure I've viewed your channel... particularly the video of your avatar. I did not like or subscribe, but I'm sure you saw your view count uptick because of me...

As I remember, it was great content...

well I appreciate ya watching. Hell I’m surprised anyone watches. I miss like 90% of the stuff we do on the trail cause I’m usually filming so it’s not the most entertaining. When it’s hard stuff I drive it and don’t get to film. It is what it is lol

    ^^^^^Well said.

All these shills on YouTube now:

why you NEED this upgrade. (Insert sponsored product) is so Amazing!

Or worse......those “lifestyle” type overland dweebs that go all poetic about truck camping, with some inspirational saccharin music burbling in the background of their stupid drone shots:

when we arrived at the mountain lake, I started to realize the journey was not about the road, or even about the friendships we forged along the way, but a continuation of the story of our brave forefathers........told with treadmarks left on the trail of life”........or some stupid shit like that.

This reminds me of the time a friend jumped his Jetta over a steep incline at a school near where we lived. He bent pretty much every part possible and the cherry on top was that an off duty cop was sitting in the school parking lot.

Lol to continue the annoying youtuber convo

Of the popular channels that come to mind i think bustabeatgeorge is one of the more annoying salesmen types
Trail recon can be pretty bad, and cheesy with the music and poetic narration,
Tacomabeast vidoes are basically a commercial,
I love Ronny Dahl though, dude is the man
