    Hello everyone,

    I’m finally got a tacoma
    again!!!!But.......

I bought a 2001 crewcab Prerunner sight unseen. Before all of the negative comments come. I know it was a stupid thing to do but...here I am.

I would like to keep it and fix it but I need a frame. I have been looking and can’t seem to find one. I have found year 2000 ext cab frames.

If anyone has any information that can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I was told by a couple of local shops it wasn’t because the LCA crossmember has stress cracks.

    Still thinking about it.
You may not find a shop to do that but if that’s all it is...as in no rust? I would definitely gear up to fix that myself.

I could be wrong, if it’s all bent or something...

    Update
I was able to pick up a frame from someone in this forum. This is my first frame swap if you have any tips. Please feel free to comment below.

The plan is to finish striping it down and prep it for coating.
