I’ve got a Shield in .40, bought a Hellcat 9mm. Higher capacity and it feels much better than the Shield, haven’t carried the Shield in a while

I was told that was a bitch gun.

They didn’t have the ammo for any 380, so I went with a 9. I think they’re dead. :anonymous:

    AttaGirl!

... there is no "bitch" gun. Don't discard any option yet. Again consistently accurate and comfortable to carry all the time ... legally permitted of course. What works for one might be 180° out from what works for another.
Guns are like motor oil...everyone has an opinion and if you don't agree ... you're wrong.

    My 2¢ FWIW.

... BTW, you are a "bitch" IIRC.

Bottom line (what I'm trying to get across) ...

DO NOT let him pick your weapon. You pick your weapon.

    MQQSEMan STFU ❤️

I love pink, but I don't think I'll ever own a pink firearm. The inside of my appendix carry holster is pink.

Top fabric is for covering a record storage box and bottom is for some insulated window coverings I'll be making for the lower windows of the drifter.

No offense intended my dear, that term in my old school mind is how a man used to refer to something designed for a woman, or a male they considered less than a "real man", whatever the hell that is ...for some guys it's all about image and cool points. When it comes to weapons, cool isn't important; effectiveness is important. In the right hands a 22 is an effective weapon. Finding the right weapon for yourself is about you solely. What anyone else thinks or tells you is right for you, might not be so.
If I'm not making sense, I'll drop it and walk away.
Very sorry if I offended you, that was not my intent. :sorry: ❤️

BTW...my daily carry is a little SW .38+P snubnose BodyGuard revolver, plain iron sights. Higher threat, I'll carry the 1911. Day to day the little gun is light, easily concealable, and jam proof (practically). If my threat is out of it's effective range (10 yds or so), they really aren't a threat in a normal environment and I've got no business drawing a weapon.

My guns are functional effective tools, not showpieces. That's how my world works. It's not for every or any one else, just me. :)
