Hi, I am about to graduate college and was thinking of looking in the market of buying a Toyota truck. From friends I have learned that Toyota trucks seem to be very reliable, last a long time, and hold their value. My vision is eventually being able to build out the back of the truck to live in, while I work and am able to save up a good amount of money. I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion of which Toyota truck (year and model) would best be suited for this? I am 6' 4", so all 5ft beds are out of the equation. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Yes, I think I should have been more specific. I'm willing to venture into any model (Tundra, Tacoma, pre-tacoma, T-100).

At 6’4” I think you’ll find the interior and bed better suited for you.
I am 5’8” and I find the long bed of the Tacoma just a bit “cramped” for sleeping.
I’ve don’t it, but there isn’t much room for anything but you and a sleeping bag.

Building the bed of a Tacoma to live out of would not be my first choice.
