A overdue update on my build. Been busy trying to get my backordered stuff to me and install it while dealing with everyday mad world. I decided to ditch the KB max bed rack and go with a ALU-CAB explorer canopy. For a while I was considering a RLD, RSI and so forth but the alu-cab has the same weight ratings are the steel ones I was sold on them. lighter and just as strong. another factor for deciding is I am from the high desert, it gets hot, so does steel actually very hot so that was the one of the main factors of the purchase. Install was very easy I had the help of @WrecklessAbandon and @EvergreenOffroad , I did run into a issue with warranty now and I am trying to see if Mule will fix it.

The canopy came with three smaller light bars you can run power to , high/low function setting, you could easily wire them to come on with a switch or trigger of some sort. Overall very happy.
@WrecklessAbandon found some Brand new SCS ray 10s in stealth blue for me 17x9 -38 offset. I was able to unload the max rack and some cash to get these. They are amazing wheels and contrast well between the silver paint and everything else on the truck.

I ended up selling my CVT mt.Shasta RTT and getting a CVT mt. Hood large with CVT 79" awning. very easy to put on. Even took my old bajas and mounted them on the rail system for more backup lighting.

Overall almost done, the wild thing is I bough this truck new april 16th 2020, and not even a year old I have pissed off my wife and dumped alot of money into this project. I am happy, working on my truck makes me very happy and keeps my brain working, sharp and tact. I am waiting for my Baja LP4s and Finally got my ARB twin with a slee offroad I will be installing this weekend. Thanks to @WrecklessAbandon again for helping me out with the 700lb eibach coil swap and @Bertw192 for letting us use the SPC tool. I also did this video showcasing the alu-cab, I could not find a single video out there showing the alu-cab for a 3rd gen tacoma anywhere. So, I did the interwebs a solid.
