Carrier Bearing was replaced and a new Spicer U Joint was put in for the one taken out to get the Carrier Bearing out. Used a Spicer 25-213X. Comes filled with grease and after install the test drive and hour long drive home was smooth as butter. Today though my vibes are 100% worse than before we replaced it, and I never added new grease to the new U Joint after install. Now reading a bunch of posts and I guess I was supposed to pump in a bunch of new grease to flush the cheap grease out. So could this be why my Vibes are here now as I didn't flush it with new better grease?

The change was after 1 day? Doubtful its the grease. Check the torque on the new parts. Re-grease if it bothers you; it’s simple enough.

Seems some say retorquing the 4 bolts up front near the transfer case and going in the differential are easy to strip etc. Up front looks a little hard to get to with the angle.

Before he took off the drive shaft, did he mark the connections so it would bolt right back up to the exact same bolt holes? A lot of people make little marks on the driveshaft and the corresponding flange where it meets up with the rear diff and the transfer case.

Scratch that nothing was marked so that might be the issue
