    Anyone know if this would qualify as a 10mm perforation?

    First use was in November of '09 so I'm cutting it close this year but parts of my frame are flaking apart including this body mount.
    Any answers/advice appreciated!

    No hole, I was referring to the edge of that circle where it is broken in. Thanks for clarifying that it must be a hole though.
