Switch-Pros Users

Which lights do you have come on with your high beams? I have a led bar behind the grill, and it's super bright, but haven't hooked up a trigger wire for it, but was thinking about it for high beams. Just curiuos.

 

I have a pair of dually SS ditch lights that are always enabled. Depending on what I’m doing I’ll also add the 30” bar below the grill.

the nice thing is you can quickly enable or disable the trigger wire. Pressing the center button and button 7 will flip it on or off.

i hooked it up way after I put in the switch pro. I should have done it day 1, I use it all the time. Where I’m at, there are deer everywhere so it’s real nice having the ditch lights come on and off without having to touch the panel and accidentally blind others

After about two years of flawless operation... Something weird is going on. When I turn off the the truck and after the dash and headlights shut off after a few days moments, starting today the switchpro switch plate lights up green and stays on. No idea why this started and I can't seem to find a setting to turn this off. Looked through every menu item in the app.

When I start the truck, the back light is the color I want. I assume there is very little power draw to light the switch plate, but it isn't zero, so I would like it to work as it has for the past 2 years.

Anybody have any idea how to turn the green off? Thought I'd ask here before asking switch pro.

 

installed my Switch pro yesterday..

some reason I can't get it to find the module via blue tooth. I did leave the white and pink wire disconnected for now.

I tired to disable then re enable bluetooth buy pressing Program+switch 1 (to disable) and then program + Switch 2 to enable.

blue light dot is on, but when I scan for device nothing shows up in the app.
any help is appreciated. thanks.

 

I couldn’t find mine on the app either then I remembered since I did the actual switch mount in the cab and the module on different days I forgot to hook up the face plate..... once I connected the harness to the module it showed up. Also if you set a password screen shot it or write it down. I can’t remember where I read it, but you can not unlock it and neither can they for some reason.

 

Just installed my switch pros 9100 using the included instructions and information here pretty easy install.... Except I don't think my switch pro is working. The ignition light will light up on the module until I plug the keypad in. Then it goes blank and I can't get it to pick up on Bluetooth either...

Any ideas?

 

Dang just found out the add a fuse they gave me is too big. Gotta go get a low profile mini circuit one

is there a good place to connect the pink wire? I am guessing that I could connect it to the high beam fuse to trigger a light bar.
