Ok, so stupid question. Anyone actually run these crappy stock Goodyears all the way out? I despise them on anything but dry pavement, but since I drive so much, I don't really wish to buy new tires to compensate a small fraction of the miles I drive. I'm just curious how long I may have to put up with them?

48k decent tread left. Should get another 10k out of them. I rotate every 7500 mi. Decent service tire. I mainly drive on road.

I was afraid of that. I exclusively ran the OEM Bridgestone on my Silverado and got along really well with them, and they generally ran 55-60k. Powerstroke has worn more sets of Hankook AT's than anything else, and they've been running 45k plus. Both of those have done quite well on any of our mud roads around here. Either the OEM Goodyear just suck that bad or I have something more to figure out with how the Tacoma drives. I still haven't fully sorted out how the traction control and the like work.

I replaced mine @ 20,000. Based on the amount of tread remaining, an estimate would be roughly 40-45,000 miles before worn out. I however could not wait. I refused to go through another winter with those GY's. Worst tire I have ever used in winter time conditions.......EVER. I didn't mind them otherwise. They did ok in the other 3 seasons. Not great but ok.

I waited 5 years on my stock tires, even at 48k they still had some life left, maybe another 5-10k but I waited long enough before upgrading.

Edit: my bad, I had the Sport ~ Toyo A30

I got 4 years and about 66k out of mine. I’m pretty good with 5 tire rotations and relative use is light. I wanted to swap them out around 50k but did not have the coin.
FWIW I thought they were good
