2021 TRD OR 2WD. this is the left side wheel well. Can you guys take a look at yours and see if is the same? I'm thinking that should be further in. I don't know where it comes from or where is going.

I can see my harness peaking out a little between the body and liner. Seems like something's caught and stretched the tape on yours and might be pulling it out further (phrasing )...
