Bilsteinlifts.... How to get a hold of them ?... I got a bad shock

    Ordered Fox shocks in February this year, 1 of the shocks i received is bad. I talked with Fox and it may be that the nitrogen leaked into the oil section of the shock. I've been trying to get help from Bilsteinlifts but they wont get back to me....

    Anyone know how to call and actually talk with someone there ?
    The Phone # on their website only directs you to text message them, no real person you can talk to.

    Just moving this to the top to double check that no one has a way to actually talk to someone at Bilsteinlifts.....

    If not, I guess I’m at their mercy for an email or text....so frustrating

    Who supplied the shock to you?

    Dealer?
    Mail Order?

    If a Dealer, then take it back to the them. They should be able to resolve.

    If Mail Order, then most often there is a Return Form.

    I doubt if you will be able to speak directly with the manufacturer.

    Knute -- I ordered Fox shocks from Bilsteinlifts.com, Fox is the Manuf and Bilsteinlifts.com the retailer/reseller. Fox you can talk to, Bilsteinlifts.com you cannot.
    Crash -- i've called that # several times with no luck, will keep trying though.... i guess....

    OK. Then work with Fox.

    Call Fox, describe the situation. They may have a solution. They probably would like to know about retailer/seller with poor support.

    There isn't any mfr who wants a poor distribution network.

    If you have tried to contact with negative results, talk to your credit card company about a charge back.
