    You need two criteria for libel. One, you need to write libelous (lies) statements in a public forum. We haven't done that. Two, you need to prove damages from those statements. Good luck proving a bunch of people talking on a forum caused your new business any damages in a court of law.

    His only hope is to send a really ass hole sending letter on legal header to Bob and hope it scares him into doing something. It's been tried and he should trust us that it's simply a waste of paper and money.

    For him, as a person, I honesty wish nothing but success. I'm guessing, if he's not actually Nathan, that he's a normal guy just trying to make ends meet. There's nothing vindictive from me towards him or his family. That being said, what's been said needed to be said. Nathan defrauded a lot of people for a fairly large amount of money. Choosing to keep him on as a consultant/manager was guaranteed to have some blowback once his past came up. If not here, than in his showroom (if he actually has one, I have no idea lol).
