I have a 06 Tacoma that I would like to put a 4 inch lift on, front diff drop, carrier bearing drop. Will I have any drive shaft issues with this lift?

Maybe go ahead and get new carrier bearing to save time later. They don’t cost much.
Also check U-Joints while you’re there.

I have 4” lift and no real issues. Just maybe some premature wear on some components. But that’s what happens when you lift anything.

If you’re 4wd. Watch your CV angles.
and your needle bearing will likely wear with the lift. Look into the ECGS bushing.

As for your drive shaft you can look into getting the axle shimmed to correct the pinion angle if you get vibrations.
