2nd gen fog lights/ parking lights switch?

    If your fog lights come on w/ the parking lights,
    that means that they were just wired to the parking lights and there was not harness ran to the inside of the truck.

    To have the fog lights turn on independently, you will have to run a fog light harness.
    It should include a relay and an inline fuse, then you will run the wiring and connect a switch on the inside.

    Another way, which I don't recomend is to splice a switch between the existing connection of the parking lights and the fog lights

    I don't know if the Toyota switch will be the same ,
    Unless you had the cables w/ the factory switch,
    then I am sure you could splice the cables together.
