Just ordered new plugs for my 60000 mile service.
    Ordered the recommended Denso FK20HBR8.
Does anyone know if they are pregapped?
And would you use anti seise?

i would use anti seize, IMO. i once changed plugs on aluminum heads and removing them was a pain, they did not just break loose and come out easy, was a struggle getting them out. i thought i was stripping the threads. tread lightly.

    They are.

Denso would probably advise against it.
If you use it anyway, don't combine it with the use of a torque wrench.

    This.
Denso also advises not to attempt adjusting gap.
