    ^^^ Best advice. I don't even know why Toy specs a SST alignment tool for the 6-speed as it is
    worthless and a total waste of money. I think some of the AISIN (Toyota) aftermarket kits even have a similar tool. If someone really feels they need some alignment guidance just find a 3/8" drive socket extension and a socket that fits in the recess of the crankshaft to help eyeball everything.

    The socket and extension is actually exactly what I ended up doing as the "alignment" peg was sore loose in the disk splines.
